Brandon showed extreme knowledge of his profession. He took time to explain the problems we had with the system and what was needed to fix it. We enjoyed his courteous and friendly manner and his obvious pride in his job and admiration for his employer. We will not hesitate to contact Fort Collins Heating & Air if needed in the future. These people are just exceptional. Brent did a fantastic job. He was friendly and he took the time to explain all he was doing and why and the exact cost. He was careful with our home, making sure not to make or leave a mess while being tolerant of a friendly dog. The price was fair and actually a bit less than I expected. My largest impression was that he was professional and very knowledgeable. These guys know what they are doing and my home was already cooling down before he even left. Thank you!

3/1/2025 - On another call with our furnace cycling on/off, Jason stopped by on a weekend, and after explaining what I saw the furnace doing, he immediately knew what was going on, and started the repairs. When he finished that, he tested other parts of the furnace and saw something out-of-spec, and adjusted that as well. I appreciate Jason's attention to detail, and making sure that our furnace was operating safely and efficiently. Thanks, Jason. We are now on the membership plan with Fort Collins Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing, so we never pay a diagnostic fee, but only for the repairs that would be needed. It's nice to know that our house utilities are operating well. 2/1/2025 - We recently moved into a new house and our inspector documented some poor plumbing that needed to be fixed. I called Fort Collins Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Chuck came over, made the repairs, and brought the plumbing back up to code. He also checked all plumbing around the issue that he fixed. After he was finished, he explained what he fixed, but more importantly, why he fixed it. His detail was just the right level of information to make me feel confident that the repairs were done very well. Chuck did excellent work and is a great guy to talk to. Thank you.

Joe was super professional and his communication with us was excellent. He was respectful of our property and was able to get our part much faster than originally planned. He explained everything in terms we could understand. He wasn’t pushy but at the same time helped us determine if we needed a maintenance plan. We booked online on a Sunday and he was here by 8:30 am Monday. I would recommend them for any needs you have.

I can’t recommend this company more! From top down they are efficient, honest and trustworthy. Sherri provided an estimate with no high-pressure up sales. She was a great listener, and though both my water heater and furness were red tagged, she didn’t treat me like a sitting duck. Peter and Zach did the installation and were meticulous to detail, squeezing into very small spaces to fit the new to old. They worked with Xcel energy to get my gas turned back on, heated and with hot water again! They have an in house fabricator to ensure all fits square and to size. All for thousands less than the quotes from competitors!! Just can’t say enough..thanks guys.

Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning came out to prepare a quote for a humidifier installation. I received excellent, professional service. Tucker and Shaun were very respectful and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave great feedback to consider. I really appreciated that they didn’t push me to make a decision on the spot and gave me time to decide my next steps.

Today Christian and Cezar finished installing our new mini-split with 2 units. Bryce was the electrician, Derek was the sales person and Heather was the scheduler. From start to finish, their customer service, product knowledge, and work ethic were all professional and seamless. All of these folks were a delight to work with. Christian, Cezar and Bryce took their time to answer all my questions and were exceptional in their desire to leave me as a truly satisfied customer!! Derek's assessment of our heating/cooling needs was perfect and Heather's assurance that all warranty and rebate paperwork would be taken care of by their office was most welcomed. I highly recommend Ft. Collins Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for that lost quality of excellent customer service.
